About Sid

He starts loose and tightens, and he understood early what usually takes years to learn — that a vague intention produces a vague result. His work has a real feel for mood, and it gets there by patience.

The problem they picked

More than half of students report burning out on schoolwork, and the team did not have to look far for the reason — they were describing their own week. Extracurriculars take the hours, studying gets whatever is left, and the work itself scatters across a planner, a group chat, and three separate class portals. The tools meant to hold a semester together end up being part of what there is to keep track of.

Aced puts notes, schedule, assignments, and tutoring behind a single login — one place to look instead of one more place to check.

Our long-term goal is to become the operating system for student success — helping students not just stay on top of their work, but actually achieve their academic aspirations.

How it was built

Automation Workflows

Handwritten-note transcription and the AI advisor each run as their own n8n workflow the app calls out to.

Database Management

Supabase Auth with per-student access rules, verified so that one account can never reach another's schedule, notes, or chat.

API Integration

Per-student Google Calendar OAuth for two-way schedule sync.
